About
Entrepreneur & digital marketing consultant.
Chris Peer is the founder of two startups, SyncShow, a B2B online marketing agency, and G8P, a group of consultants and strategists committed to improving manufacturing marketing.
Chris is an online marketing expert with a passion for integrating marketing and sales strategies. He has over 30 years of experience in B2B online marketing strategies, sales processes, and client communications. He’s also a StoryBrand Certified Guide. Prior to SyncShow, Chris worked for independent design studios and corporations, including Ernst & Young and American Greetings.
Since founding SyncShow in 2002, Chris has advanced the company into one of the nation’s fastest-growing B2B online marketing agencies. With his unique expertise in transportation and logistics, professional services, and manufacturing and distribution, Chris has led the SyncShow team in achieving two Inc. 5000 awards.
But Chris’ contributions to the sales and marketing communities don’t stop there.
In 2022, Chris started G8P, inspired by the methodology detailed within his two books. After working with many manufacturers and noticing recurring, yet avoidable, challenges, Chris founded G8P to circumvent that “more, more, more” approach that results in a reactive, whack-a-mole cycle delivering burnout and increased costs instead of long-term ROI.
Author, speaker, & thought leader.
Chris is the author of The Great 8 Pillars: ROI-Driven Marketing for Manufacturing Companies.
Having personally experienced and learned from the setbacks and challenges that can accompany inefficient marketing approaches, Chris conceived The Great 8 Pillars. This methodology is designed to revolutionize your marketing department, shifting it from being a financial burden to a source of profit. Through the application of world-class marketing best practices, he has played a pivotal role in the success and expansion of countless companies.
A consultant and speaker, he remains focused on helping B2B companies scale. Chris is best at helping small to middle-sized companies revolutionize their sales and marketing infrastructure to achieve long-term, repeatable growth.
He's found that he gets the most value out of his job when his clients find immeasurable value in his work. As a fixer and problem-solver, he tackles problems with a head-on approach and no regard for politics. He believes that you can only achieve success by confronting the underlying issues preventing success. Sometimes, this means telling clients things they don’t want to hear or “calling their baby ugly.” All progress begins by telling the truth.
When Chris isn’t at the SyncShow office in Cleveland, Ohio, you can typically find him bass fishing or spending time with his family.
